He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Homiak (Rea); his wife Carla Homiak (Russell); his children, Douglas, Kazie Homiak II (Furcinite), Kassandra (Homiak) and James Babb; his grandchildren, Liliana, Azalia, Lyla and Zander; and his siblings, Nicholas, Sherry Homiak (Chappell), Christine (Homiak) and Jeffery Dugrenier.
