Simmons of Berkshire, New York, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on March 10, 2023, at the age of 41, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Paul Mangum. She is survived by: her mother Linda Blair Mangum of Berkshire; her husband William E. Simmons; her children, Cherish Allen (Ryan) of Newark Valley, Allyah Simmons (Mark Thompson) of Berkshire, April Simmons (Nate Mapes) of Berkshire, Kathryn Simmons of Berkshire and William C. Simmons of Berkshire; and her siblings-in-law, William J. and Cheryl Simmons of Berkshire.
