Patricia M. Surdyke Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmund Sullivan and Rita Sullivan (McAdam); and her siblings, Edmund Sullivan and Katie Sullivan Aldrich. She is survived by: her husband Keith Surdyke; her sons, Scott Surdyke and Matthew Surdyke; her grandchildren, Arianna, Cameron, Sophia and Samuel; and her sister Maureen Hlibiczuk (George). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Sage Pavilion (62 S Lake Ave, Bergen, NY 14416).
