She was predeceased by: her father Michael Fleming Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Judy Fleming; her husband Wayne Worden; her sons, Cory Worden of Bergen, Kevin Worden of Bergen and Kyle Worden (Katrina) of Honeoye Falls; her grandchildren, Eithan, Kellsie and Haylee Worden of Rome; her brothers, Ron Conrad (Barb) of Wayland, Tom Fleming (Kim) of Brockport, Bob Fleming (Joanne) of LeRoy and Mike Fleming (Mariann) of Bergen; and her daughter Kristie Stack. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
