He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonino Varbaro and Marianna Mortelliti. He is survived by: his wife Leona Varbaro; his children, Gian Stefano Varbaro (Kerry Varbaro) and Carissa Varbaro Majdanski (Michael Majdanski); his grandchildren, Marcello Majdanski, Liliana Majdanski, Edward Varbaro, Ava Varbaro and Zarah Varbaro; his siblings, Tony Varbaro, Rocco Varbaro (Angela Varbaro) and Pina Keane; his siblings-in-law, Ann "Cookie" Stagnitta, Frank Vaccarino (Susan Vaccarino), Loretta Palamaro and Pat Vaccarino; and his brother Anthony Pignatelli. He is also survived by 20 nieces and nephews.
