He was predeceased by: his parent Clifton Specht. He is survived by: his parent Helen Steffen Specht; his wife Nancy R. Taggart Specht; his sons, Kurt Specht (Katie Williams) of Brockport and Neil Specht (Holly) of Henrietta; his grandchildren, Bailey Specht, Jakeb Specht, Dakota Maxwell and Connor Maxwell; and his siblings, Helen Whitmarsh (Monroe) of Perry, Mary D'Augustino of Greece and Clifton Specht (Pamela) of Layton.
