He was predeceased by: his parent Baldassare Villareale; and his siblings, Agatha Villareale, Charles Villareale, Stella Gallo, Joseph Villareale, Genevieve Patridge, Elvira Timmons and Alfred Villareale.
He is survived by: his parent Rosaria Villareale; his wife Betty Villareale; and his children, Michael Villareale of Bergen, Susan Hambach (Douglas) of Wisconsin, Eileen Pickett (late Dale) of Byron and Linda Boyce (John) of Bergen. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
