He is survived by: his wife Kathie Langebartel Regan; his children, Michelle Peterson of Jacksonville, FL, Mary Knight (Alan Lockley) of Garland, TX, Scott Regan (Tammy Horton) of Ogdensburg, NY and Shannon Lockwood (Jason) of Bemus Point; his grandchildren, Lynn, Nicole Smith and Heather Peterson; his children, Amanda Clark, James Phipps, Zack, Haley, Hayden Regan, Joshua and Megan Lockwood; and his siblings, Norma Murray (George), Gary Regan (Linda), Phil Regan (Linda) and Steve Regan (Jerrine).
