He is survived by: his wife Sarah "Sally" Lodestro Gregory; his children, Michael William Gregory, Jr. (Sara) of Saratoga Springs, NY, Katherine Nelson (David) of Bemus Point, NY and Kristine Alegria (Juan) of Chicago, IL.; his grandchildren, Michael William Gregory, III of Albany, NY, Margaret Gregory of College Station, TX, Mark Gregory of Durham, NC, John Gregory of Saratoga Springs, NY, Gregory Nelson of New York, NY, Patrick Nelson of Pittsburgh, PA, Lauren Nelson of Richmond, VA, Gregory Alegria and William "Liam" Alegria of Chicago, IL.; his brother Constantine "Greg" Gregory (Margo) of Snellville, GA; and his sister-in-law Shirley Gregory of Dunnellon, FL..
