She was predeceased by: her husband George J. Garrett; her parents, George W. Apperson and Madeline Luzader Apperson; her son Mark Garrett; her grandson Shawn Garrett; and her siblings, Donald Apperson, Sandra Swanson, Willard Apperson, Sue Giomento, Beverly Rickerson and Johnny Michael Apperson.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Garrett (Jen) of Bemus Point and Jody Chatmon of Jamestown; her grandchildren, David Garrett (Carrie) of Greenhurst, NY, Kelly DiNapoli (Christian) of Pittsburgh, PA, John Newman (Kellie) of North Carolina, Michael Newman of Jamestown, Karen Garrett of Colorado, Mark Garrett of Jamestown and Makayla Hallowell of Jamestown; her brother Jim Apperson (Debbie) of Maryland; and her son-in-law Jeff Newman.
