With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John D. Alm of Bemus Point, New York, born in Jamestown, New York, who passed away on August 22, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alice Girts of Oroville, CA and Louis Alm of Mansfield, OH; his brother Gordon "Bill" Alm of Jupiter, FL; his granddaughter Ashley James of Denver, CO; his children, Mindy James (Chip) of Hamburg, NY, Chris Alm of Nashville, TN, Mary Alm of Ithaca, NY and Andy Alm; his grandchildren, Johnathan Alm of Colorado Springs, CO, Benjamin Cummings of Fredonia, Scott James (Cassie) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Judge Watkins of Colorado Springs, Jamie Carlson and Tyler Carlson of Hamburg, NY; and his great grandchildren, J. J. Estevan Salazar of Colorado Springs and Evangeline Kehoe-James of Cedar Rapids.
