He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Brandi and Irene Nunez Brandi; his significant other Roberta "Babe" Bendle; his close friend Marlene Dugan; and his siblings, Anselmo Nunez, Julia Brandi, Lucinda Burgos and Guillamina Figueroa.
He is survived by: his children, Irene Fain (Tom), David Brandi and Donald Brandi; his stepdaughter Shirley Bendle; his grandchildren, Brandon Fain, Logan Fain, Lindsay Fain, Adam Brandi, Christine Brandi Templar, Meghan Brandi, Matt Brandi and Nicholas Brandi; and his great grandchildren, Bailey Fain, Austin Fain, Peyton Fain, Savannah Fain, Sophia Carlson-Brandi and Sofie Templar.
