He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard E. Servis and Helen Herrington Servis; and his sister Joan Clayton. He is survived by: his wife Mary D. MacDonald Servis; and his child MacDonald "Mac" Servis of Bemus Point.

Memorials may be made to the Maple Springs Fire Department or the Bemus Point Fire Department.
