He is survived by: his close friend Kay Gould (Rendell); his children, Jeannine Mills (Edward) of Citra, FL and Frank Jess Gould IV (Carrie) of Ashville, NY; his grandchildren, Collin Mills of Nashville, TN, Aurora of Ashville, NY, Xander of Ashville, NY and Stella Gould of Ashville, NY; and his siblings, Scott Gould (Mary Bosek) of Bemus Point, NY, Joel W. Gould of Rock Hill, SC and Janette Martin Gould of Grand Junction, CO..
