He is survived by: his parent Mary Ebel McGowan; his wife Lori Hendricks McGowan; his children, Christian McGowan of Lakewood, NY and Kelsi Lynch of Verona, NJ; his grandson Chase McGowan of Lakewood; and his siblings, Nancy McGowan of Ithaca, NY and Robert McGowan (Pat) of Winthrop Harbor, IL..
