He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Otto and Pauline Morris Otto; his children, William L. Otto, Jr. (Kim), Tonya Harmon, Kyle Fanton, Cassandra Otto and Melissa Segal; his girlfriend Sherri Noel of Belmont; and his siblings, Jeff Otto, Carla Dickerson, Lori Morris and Gregory Otto. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
