He was predeceased by: his son Scott P. Fredericks; his siblings, Richard Fredericks and Alice Fredericks; and the mother of his children Jean Turner. He is survived by: his children, William E. Fredericks, Jr. (Alison Vaughn) of Charlotte, N. C. and Patricia Lynn Mesuch-Scronce (Jeff) of Dallas, N. C.; his siblings, George Fredericks and Bessie Clark (Harvey) of Addison; his sister-in-law Alice Fredericks of Florida; and his granddaughter Taylor Fredericks (Jordan Hall) of Lenoir, N. C.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
