He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Layman and Donna Ward Layman of Scio; his wife Mary; his children, Thomas Layman, III (Kim) of Belmont, Karen Baker (Brad) of Cowpens, SC and Joshua Layman of Belmont; his siblings, Judith Layman (Gordon Hadsell) of Belmont, Darlene Gilliland (Gary) of Bolivar, Robert Layman of Scio and Jeffery Layman (Nicole) of Cuba; his brother-in-law Mike Christian of Holland; his son Larry Hadsell; his grandson Damian Hadsell; and his brother Douglas O. Layman. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; and special sister-in-law.
