She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Toombs and Alice Toombs (Buchanan); her husband Larry Cummings; her brother Terry Toombs; and her grandchildren, Matthew Cummings and Cassie Cummings.
She is survived by: her sons, David Cummings of Englewood, TN and Dennis Cummings (Georgia) of Belmont; her sisters, Janice Sanford (Terry) of Kingston, TN and Mary Shinebarger (Ray) of Arkport; her grandchildren, Casey Reynold and Payton Cummings; and her siblings-in-law, Doll Toombs of Pennsylvania, Vickie Cummings of Wellsville and Terry Cummings (Gloria) of Dansville.
