He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Hoagland and Bernice Dickerson Hoagland. He is survived by: his wife JoAnne L. Cole; his daughters, Crystal Wiech (Joseph) of Greeneville, TN and Stephanie Pierce (Kirby) of Cuba; his grandchildren, Kody Pierce, Kelsey Collver, Kadin Pierce, Gabrielle Wiech and Zachary Wiech; and his great grandchild Rayland Pierce.
