It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan E. Watson (Belmont, New York), born in Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 4, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Richard J.; her husband Raymond K. Watson; her son Donald; her sister Marian Hankins; and her close friend Max Knapp.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Conklin (Spencer) of Bath, Kathy Hooker (Russ VanNostrand) of Arkport, Sharon Woodard (Martin) of Canisteo, Diane Burdick of Hornell, Dean Watson (Carrie) of Belmont and Dale Watson (Tiersa) of Wellsville; and her brother Russell Heuer of Haslet. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
