He is survived by : his parents, Elpidio Alvarez and Milagros Alvarez (Matias); his children, Jasmine Melanie Alvarez, Edwin Orlando Alvarez, Johnathan Alvarez and Angel Alvarez; his stepdaughters, Cynthia Rivaria and Christina Consuegra; and his siblings, Victor Alvarez of Trenton, N. J., Marcus Alvarez of The Bronx and Millie Alvarez of The Bronx.
Social distancing will be observed and facial masks will be required.
