He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay B. Kemp and Ruby Kemp (VanCuren); and his sister Barbara Kemp. He is survived by: his siblings, Beverly Burnell (Curtis), Richard Kemp (Marylou), Lois Eck, Wayne Kemp (Sandra), Rosalie Taylor and Carl Kemp (Linda).
