He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Bledsoe and Grace Bledsoe (Abbey). He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Angela Humphrey (Guy), Alinda Mulligan (Ron) and Scott Bledsoe (Davina); his grandchildren, Brian, Michele, Tabitha, Curtis, Corrie, Cynthia, Andrew and Carena; his siblings, Russell, Anita Gee (Doug) and Carlton; his mother-in-law Joanne Rahr; and his brother-in-law Donovan Rahr (Deb). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents he was predeceased by two sister-in-laws Lois and Marlene Bledsoe, two nieces Kelly and Sheri Bledsoe and his father-in-law Harold Rahr. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private family service will be held.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be sent to Allegany County Vets or the Hart Comfort House.
