She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Warren and Ethel Hall (Farrington); her daughter Tammi Linn; and her siblings, Robert Hall, Ethel Jennings, Frances Yarochowicz, Dorothy Kindilien, Jane Palmer and Mildred Danabaum.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph C. Zajicek; and her sons, Joseph W. Zajicek (Christy) of Wellsville, Robert Zajicek (Sherry) of Cuba, Thomas Zajicek (Christine) of Big Flats and Donald Zajicek (Kimberly) of Belmont. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
