He was predeceased by: his mother Angelina Fantauzzo (Indivino); his brother Joseph Michael Fantauzzo; and his stepfather Robert Boyer. He is survived by: his father Joseph F. Fantauzzo (Gail) of Apopka, FL; his daughter Ashley Fantauzzo of Almond; his grandchildren, Ethan, Evan, Dana and Elaina; and his siblings, Susan Boyer of Belmont, Gena Benjamin of Cameron Mills, NY, Julie Chan (Ken) of Orlando, FL and Shane Fantauzzo (Jennifer) of Baltimore, MD. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
