He is survived by: his wife Maureen; his children, Erin Dillard (Brian) of Bellport, Singapore, Peter of Manhattan, Julie Denomme (André) of Ontario and Michael of Westhampton; his grandsons, Charlie, Wesley and Jack; and his sister Francine Lindsey (Michael) of Austin, Texas.. He is also survived by best friends and wonderful travel partners.
In lieu of flowers, the family humbly asks that contributions be made in Rich's memory to the Marine Corps Law Enforcement Foundation. The Foundation provides scholarships to children of fallen military and federal law enforcement officers.
