She is survived by: her daughter Eileen; her grandsons, Daniel Joseph, James Patrick and Jonathan Andrew; her siblings, Eileen Polizzotto (Sal) and T'Ceila Klosawicz (Peter); her nieces, Maria, Lorraine, Kristin, Carrie of Ava, T. J., Kayla and Annabelle; her nephew Justin; and her son Bedford Ave.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Patricia's name to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
