He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lubrano and Edna Braun Lubrano; and his brother Gary S. Lubrano. He is survived by: his wife Joann W. D'Aprile-Lubrano; his stepdaughter Cara Vita Tillotson; his mother-in-law Mildred D'Aprile of Kingsport; his sons, Joseph G. Lubrano (Angel) of Kingsport, Michael G. Lubrano of Kingsport and Jonathan K. Lubrano of Kingsport; his stepsons, Jeffrey F. Tillotson of Kingsport and Eric V. Tillotson (Jacqueline); his grandchildren, Jackson, Kaylee Tillotson, Kaylee Bright and Cameron Sumpter of Kingsport; his sister-in-law Denise Lubrano; his niece Catherine Singer; and his nephew Matthew Lubrano.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Kingsport Lions Club or Kingsport Diabetes Association.
