He is survived by: his wife AnneMarie; his daughter Nichole Kurz; his son-in-law Matthew; his daughter Corrine Ulaj; his son-in-law Gjon; his grandchildren, Jack Ulaj, Skyler Kurz, Emma Ulaj and Daniel Ulaj; his sister Elena; and his brother-in-law Thomas Dwyer.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dominic's name to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
