He is survived by: his in-laws, Sergio and Emilia; his wife Isabel; his brother Luis; his granddaughter Christina; his daughters, Margarita and Beatriz; and his grandchildren, Christine, Michelle, Marcelo, Judy and Michael.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Frederick Funeral Home (192-15 Northern Blvd, Flushing, NY 11358). A Mass was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Kevin's R. C. Church (45-21 194th St, Queens, NY 11358). A committal service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Maple Grove Cemetery (127-15 Kew Gardens Rd, Kew Gardens, NY 11415).
