It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernadette E. Mundy in Bellmore, New York, born in Ozone Park, New York, who passed away on June 20, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joe; and her parents, Caroline McBride and Thomas McBride. She is survived by: her former husband Joseph T. Mundy; her sons, Joseph (Tom), Peter (Sue), Patrick (Nina), Gerard (Jennie) and Robert John (Christine); her grandchildren, Kevin, Brian, Jeffrey, Joseph, Sean, Richard, John, Matthew, Jack, Elizabeth, Joey, Catherine, Andrew and Caitlin; and her great grandchildren, Braedan, Lilly, Colin, Maeve and Clare.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, attendance is limited to a small group of individuals in the funeral home at a time.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made to The Sisters of Charity of Halifax, 2320 Bedford Ave., Bellmore, NY 11755 on her behalf.
