Millard (Belleville, New York), born in Watertown, New York, who passed away on September 20, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dyer Fillmore and Gladys Mae Putnam Millard; his wife Elizabeth; his daughter Susan; his son-in-law Lawrence Miller; and his siblings-in-law, Merrill Hoffman, Marshall Barney, Richard and Helen Barney.
He is survived by: his children, Gail Millard (Ann), Lydia A. Miller (Dennis Brown) of Belleville and Mary Millard (Paul VanBrocklin) of Cheyenne, WY; and his sister Laurna Hoffman of Fulton. He is also survived by sister-in-law, Cynthia Barney, Florida; 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 2. 5 great great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
