Richard M. Papile, Sr., Of Bellerose, NY passed away suddenly on May 10th, 2023. He was Predeceased by his loving parents Gerald and Theresa Papile.

Cherished father of Laura (Ivan) Cortez, Katie Papile and the late Richard Papile, Jr.

Loving grandfather of Marisa, Ryan and Alex.

Cherished brother of Frances Cosimano, Donna Quartiero, Patricia (Kevin) Kealey, Alfred (Christine) Papile, Theresa (George) Hogg, Debra (William) Dechairo, and Linda Papile, and the late Gerald Papile, the late John (Melanie) Papile and the late Terence (Jane) Papile.

Loving Uncle to many Nieces and Nephews.

Devoted Cat Dad to "Cat"who was at his side at the end.

Richard will be remembered as an intelligent, kind, caring, funny and loving person with a great love of music, especially the oldies. He was a huge fan of the NY Yankees. He enjoyed long conversations and reminiscing with family and friends about old times. He loved sharing his great wealth of knowledge of everything in life, and he always made everyone laugh with his comedic style.

Richard will be missed dearly by everyone who loved him.
