He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Norman Francis and Irene Blom Francis of Yorktown, TX; his wife Judith S. Cobb; his children, Heath R. Lest (Anne) of Belmont and Samantha Francis of Caneadea; his siblings, Timothy Francis (Eilene) of Manvel, TX and Merrilee Towers (James) of Yorktown, TX; his nephews, Jacob and Nathan Francis; and his son Ryan Hull.
