He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold L. Collins and Leona Collins (Lewis); his wife Barbara A. Doner; and his sister Gladys Williams. He is survived by: his daughters, Laurie Symonds (Wayne), Janie Harrington (Mike) and Amber Craig (Jeff); his grandchildren, Howard Lyon (Heather), Kyle Lyon (Shannon), Casey Symonds (Margaret), Andrew Symonds (Alicia), Kristen Burress (Joseph), Trevin, Corbin, Alexa and Kira Craig; and his brother Rodney Collins (Louise) of North Carolina. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
