She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Kottwitz and Mary Jane Kottwitz; her husband Francis Foley; and her siblings, Lois Gee, Walter and Herman Daniel Kottwitz.
She is survived by: her friend Monica Arnold; her children, Ronald Foley (Suzanne) of Wellsville, NY, Thomas Foley of Aurora, CO, Joseph Foley of Belfast, NY, Alice Bergstrom (Kevin) of Grand Junction, CO, Timothy Foley (Laura) of Marion, NY and Ann Tobias (John) of Hornell, NY.; her grandchildren, Becky, Shane, Carisa, Cory, Keara, Jaclin, Paige, Leah and Mitchell; her great grandchildren, Grace, Jackson, Jeremy, Brenna, Liam, Emma and Murphy; and her sister-in-law Joan Kottwitz. She is also survived by children by having them care for farm animals and pets.
