He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Rascoe and Marie Rascoe (LeClair); his son Robert; and his brother Roger. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Mousseau; his children, Jason (Vickie) and Wendy; his daughter-in-law Kelli; his grandchildren, Kody, Aleasha, Jarod, Robert Jr., Ashleigh and Isabella; his great grandchild Jordyn; and his siblings, David (Tina), Gloria (Carl), Carol (Peter) and Joanne (Anna). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
