She was predeceased by: her husband Jaroslaw Czernyk; and her siblings, Stefania and Walter. She is survived by: her sons, Borys and Ihor Andrew (Natalia); her grandchildren, Julianna, Katherine and John; her nephew Dr. Ihor Sawczuk (Alexandra); her children, Alexander, Markian and Lara; her sister-in-law Renata Mruczkewycz; her niece Monica Gkahopoylos; her great-nephew Christopher (Jessica); her nephew Walter Mruczkewycz (Sandy); her great-nephew Jonathan; her great-niece Rachel; her cousin George Hrynyk (Jaroslawa); her brother-in-law Zenon (Jaroslawa); and her nephew Ihor Chernik (Larysa).
