With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Watkins Palmerjr. of Bedford, New York, born in Port Chester, New York, who passed away on December 12, 2021 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph W. Palmer, Sr. and Gladys Keller Palmer. He is survived by: his spouse Jean Carlson Palmer; his children, Richard Palmer (Elizabeth Corwin) of Goldens Bridge and Abigail Palmer Groves (Jeffrey Groves) of Wake Forest, NC; his grandchildren, Katherine, Margaret Groves and Andrew Palmer (AJ); his stepgrandsons, Emerson and Spencer; and his sisters, Adelaide Stark of Boca Raton, FL and Barbara Bialy of Toms River, NJ. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
