He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank, Sr. Carnabuci and Carmela "Millie" Carnabuci; his wife Mary E. Farley; his sister Nanci Carnabuci-Fitzgerald (Kevin) of Farmington, CT; and his children, Andrew B. F. Carnabuci of West Hartford, CT and Sarah E. F. Carnabuci of San Francisco, CA. He was also cherished by four nieces and nephews, and many grand-nieces.

“Dear Mary, Sarah, and Andrew, I knew your Dad/husband for many years. We had lunch several times a year and discussed trends, ideas, and children and their progress. I admired his wit, intelligence, and educational vision. He saved BWL, and built strong relationships with families, teachers, administrators and kids. There were two things that Frank cared about deeply- his family and education and while he left way too early, he made a real difference. My deepest condolences, Wendy Levey”
