He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucia Nicastri and Donato Nicastri; and his wife Gloria. He is survived by: his children, Chris (Diana Nicastri), Joyce (Ken Viret) and Tom (Kim Nicastri); and his grandchildren, Brandon, Michael, Caroline, Kate, Emily, Casey, Lindsay, Olivia and Annie.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial gifts be made in Frank's name to The Michael J. Fox Foundation or the Gary Sinise Foundation.
