He is survived by: his wife Martha "Marti" Southard of Beaver Dams; his children, Rodney Southard (Bobbi) of Bath, Alicia Southard (Bradley Elliott) of Savona, Andrew Woughter (Natalie) of Painted Post, Angelia Wentling (Gary) of Corning and Scott Woughter (Heather) of Tyrone; and his siblings, Paul Southard of Florida, Mert Southard (Joan) of Tennessee, Walt Southard (Lucy) of Florida, Jean Paulhamus (Steve) of Lindley and Rosie Southard of Corning. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.
