He is survived by: his girlfriend Kimberly Stickler Farrell of Beaver Dams; his children, Tiffany Velie of Addison, Amber Thomas of Bath, Mary Thomas (Declan Daudelin) of Beaver Dams, Megan Thomas of Beaver Dams, Peter "PJ" Velie of Monterey and Kevin Thomas (Kaylee Brown) of Beaver Dams; and his mother Iva Dailey Thomas (Dailey). He is also survived by several siblings, nieces, nephews and cousins.
