He is survived by: his mother Carol Cline of Beaver Dams; and his siblings, Pamela Kessler of Horseheads, Wendy Fulwood (Robert) of Elmira Heights and Jeffrey Cline (Joan) of Corning. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
