He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Sims and Lillian Sims (Hayward); his grandson Timothy Blim; and his siblings, Eunice, Iva, Betty, William, Claude and Ralph.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lillian Bryan (Wayne) of Watkins Glen, Paula Wallenbeck (Mark) of Beaver Dams and Kate Kennedy (James) of Beaver Dams; his siblings, Al Sims (Bobbie) of Groton, Albie Golmez of North Carolina and Shirley Morgan of Port Chester, NY; and his grandchildren, William, John, Josh, Travis, Dominic, Damion, Lexie, Levi and MacyMay. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
