It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Klaessig of Bearsville, New York, born in Kingston, New York, who passed away on December 14, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ben Klaessig; and her sister Dorothy Gardner. She is survived by: her children, Sonja Turner (Mark), Suzanne Klaessig and Karl Klaessig (Rachael). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the Woodstock Rescue Squad, POB 222 Woodstock 12498.
