He was predeceased by: his mother Joan Coughlin (Boland). He is survived by: his father Charles Coughlin (Kathleen) of Chelsea, NY; his wife Elise Ann Kirchner; his children, Brendan Coughlin (Shaina) of Agoura Hills, CA, Kaitlin Cammarata (Joseph) of Melrose, MA, Lauren Coughlin of Somerville, MA and Colin Coughlin (Gracie Clapp) of Los Angeles, CA; his grandchildren, Sawyer, Parker Coughlin of Calabasas, CA, Vincent, William and Charles Cammarata of Melrose, MA; and his siblings, Linda McNiff (John) of Beacon, NY, Barbara Papula (James) of Chelsea, NY, Mary Paggi (Lawrence) of Wappingers Falls, NY and Michael Coughlin of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.

Memorial donations may be made in Billy's name to Memorial Sloan Kettering or the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
