He was predeceased by: his parent Joseph Maniscalco; and his wife Louise Maniscalco (Ciminaro). He is survived by: his parent Alphonsa Maniscalco (Segreti); his son Thomas J. Maniscalco; and his niece Frances Rivera. He is also survived by his 1 sister & 4 brothers.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Alzheimer's Association, 2 Jefferson St, #103, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601.
