He was predeceased by: his parents, William Russell and Jean Van Pelt (Carson); his son Scott Russell Van Pelt; and his sister Janice Van Pelt. He is survived by: his spouse Janis A. Butler; his daughters, Tara Urbanak (Scott) and Sandra Scala (Jeff); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Daniel, Chyenne and James; his siblings, Roberta Theiss (Frank Coluccio) and William Van Pelt (Heleen); and his former wife Susan Morrill. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and many other loving relatives & friends.
